You probably wonder why anyone would want to make a web

site about ducks.  I too once wondered what was so

cool about ducks.  Was it their ability to swim, fly

and walk on land, as well as their ability to terrorize small

children and bite human fingers?!  No!  The reason

ducks are so cool is that they are yellow.  Now of course

you're saying "but Ryan, not all ducks are yellow!", but how

do you know that the ducks are not just so cool that they make

you think they aren't yellow?  In fact, what makes you

think that yellow is even a color?  Here is a real duck:

Now obviously this picture was taken with a very expensive high-tech

camera, because the duck is yellow.  Now take a look at this

picture I took on my $200 digital camera:

I needn't remind you that these are in fact the same exact duck, but I will

anyhow.  Notice that the duck is now several colors.  How

did I do that you ask?  Well, I spent $1592.82 on a better camera.

Obviously if you had spent as much as I did you would already think ducks

are cool.  I will soon persuade you to believe me.  Either that or

I'll just ramble on and on about how cool ducks are and never convince anyone.
